Flat Bar

There are many different grades (alloy) of Aluminium Flat Bar and qualities of surface finish available. Our profiles are provided in architectural
aluminium alloy 6063, which provides a top-quality surface appearance when natural anodised to AA25 microns.
Anodised aluminium, when used with the AA25 micron finish, provides an attractive smooth matt metallic finish that is light-fast, corrosion and
weather resistant. This quality of anodised aluminium normally maintains its appearance for many years in both interior and exterior environments.
The mill (untreated) finish has a reasonable appearance and is often used for less aesthetically important applications and when the flat bars are
going to be fabricated or powder coated.
Our aluminium alloy profiles are available from stock in both natural anodised and mill finishes and are suitably packed for delivery in cardboard
cartons or tubes to protect from the rigours of overnight UK services. We can also prepare materials for immediate collection from our London
Trade Counter/Warehouse.
