These bespoke sized perforated aluminium ceiling panels can be supplied as a ‘zero-tolerance system’ with easy lift-on/off hanging brackets, cut-outs in the panels for downlighters, sprinklers etc., curved edges to fit around circular columns, and support brackets for panel edges abutting perimeter walls.
These lightweight ceiling panels are produced from our extensive range of perforated hole shapes and patterns in 2mm thickness aluminium.
Alternative surface finishes are available, and these are either polyester powder coated (RAL Colour Management System) or mill (Untreated (untreated).

Our standard spec is 2.0mm aluminium, giving the rigidity you need for a clean ceiling finish while keeping weight sensible for suspension systems. However, certain applications may require a lighter (1.2mm) or more robust (3.0mm) panel thickness. Please confer with our sales team about this.
We can manufacture trays with single or double return folds, depending on the stiffness, edge detail, and fixing method you need.
We can add fixing holes or slots in the return folds to suit your suspension/grid system.
Yes - you can specify plain borders around the perimeter, plus unpunched zones anywhere you need (for strength, clean edges, signage, or service areas). Just mark them on the drawing.
We do. Panels can be produced with curved edges, radiused corners, or shaped/scribed profiles to fit neatly around columns and other obstructions.
Absolutely - we can add bespoke cut-outs for lighting, sprinklers, diffusers, detectors, speakers, and more. Provide positions/sizes and we’ll manufacture them into the panel so everything lines up properly.
You can choose mill finish (untreated) or powder coated panels. Powder coating can be supplied to your required colour (e.g., RAL) to match the wider scheme and deliver a consistent architectural finish.
