We manufacture bespoke perforated aluminium panels using GA’s full perforated sheet range, produced into special configurations that match your drawings. Specify borders, unpunched areas, folds, and fixing holes to suit the application – with thickness options 1.2mm, 2.0mm, or 3.0mm and finishes in RAL powder coat or mill finish.
GA’s full pattern range of perforated sheets is available for production into special configuration in a mix of different material thicknesses, and these are 1.2, 2.0 and 3.0mm.
The maximum panel size that we produce is 2500mm x 1250mm and the minimum size is very small indeed!
There are certain critical ratio limitations that apply to the perforating process. We therefore recommend contacting our Technical Sales Team to confirm the required configurations are achievable.
