Delivery Information
To most UK mainland addresses Delivery is Free, for online orders over £995 in net value.
Goods are normally dispatched on overnight delivery services, to ensure they reach their destination, in the shortest possible time.
GA's products are carefully packed, to provide suitable transit protection. The packaging types vary, depending on the items' shape and weight.
Profiles and extrusions are normally placed, and therefore fully protected, into robust cardboard tubes or, alternatively, secured onto timber battens.
Wherever possible, items are positioned horizontally, with sheets or panels lying one on top of one another, and with additional protection to the sides and ends.
For large or flimsy items, supportive timber pallets are used. Recyclable, crush resistant cardboard, protects the pack's surface and sides; and this is secured with polypropylene strapping.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Online orders only:
When, as the customer, you are buying standard size goods (for personal use, rather than for a business) there is a right to cancel, within 7 days, of placing the order.
You should arrange to return the Goods (at your own expense) in the original packing.
The Goods must be received by, and signed for by us, and be in prime undamaged condition.
We are unable to accept returns for customised/modified or, specially purchased goods.
When purchasing, on behalf of a business (rather than for yourself), we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or make exchanges of Goods, unless previously agreed in writing.
