Anolight corrugated plain or perforated sheets, with their low-rise wavy appearance and lightweight qualities, are just right for interiors applications, including the exhibition, leisure, office fitting and retail sectors.
These easy to handle and install corrugated sheets have the added advantages of being able to be flexed and rolled to suit curved surfaces.
Produced in our own factory from high quality aluminium to BS EN Standards in natural anodised or mill (untreated) surface finishes.
The mill finish sheets are suitable for polyester powder coating, and we can supply coated sheets in any of the colours from the Classic RAL Colour Management System.
See how customers have used Gooding Aluminium corrugated sheets in real-world installations – from feature panels and architectural detailing to durable protective and decorative applications. The gallery highlights the finish, profile and overall look you can achieve with corrugated aluminium in a range of settings.
Find quick answers on grades, finishes, tolerances and what to expect when ordering – covering key details like standard thickness, surface finish, size variation and anodised shade differences.
Yes, we offer a bespoke size service which produces custom-sized sheets with or without a polyester powder coat finish.
Certainly, we can do this for you.
We have a sheet rolling capacity that can roll mill finish corrugated sheets with a minimum radius of 150 to 200mm, depending on the corrugated profile.
The maximum sheet length is 2450mm x an approximate sheet cover width of 500mm.
The fitting of these sheets is simplicity itself. The vertical sides of the corrugated sheets are overlapped one on top of the other. Securing the sheets is normally achieved by using screw fixings, or sometimes adhesives are used to secure to the background surface.
Yes, the sheets can be fitted in a horizontal orientation. However, we suggest you overlap the ends of the sheets rather than butt join them, because slight dimensional variations can occur in the corrugations.
Do the corrugated sheets have improved deflection resistant properties compared with flat sheets?
You can select from three surface finishes to create different aesthetic effects, Natural Anodised, Mill Finish (untreated) & Polyester Powder Coated.
Anodising aluminium provides an attractive, sophisticated matt metallic, easy to maintain effect, that will normally last for many years. The anodic film offers improved resistance to surface marking and is both durable and lightfast.
Untreated aluminium surface finish comes direct from the factory. The surface of mill finish can be quite inconsistent in appearance with range of reflective properties from being quite bright to quite dull. This raw finish is sometimes used in Urban Modern or Urban Chic interior design schemes.
Mill finish sheet with perforations, adding airflow, drainage and reduced weight while keeping the raw aluminium look. Useful for panels, screens and applications where you want an “open” surface.
Perforated sheet with a natural anodised surface. You get the same airflow/visibility benefits as perforated mill, but with the improved surface protection and cleaner look of anodising.
Gooding Aluminium corrugated sheets combine low weight with impressive rigidity, giving you a strong, stable sheet that’s easy to handle, move and install across a wide range of applications.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminium to BS EN 485/515/573, our corrugated ranges deliver dependable performance and consistent quality—ideal when you need a durable sheet with a clean, professional finish.
Aluminium’s excellent strength-to-weight ratio makes corrugated sheet a practical choice where you want structural stiffness without the bulk. It also offers outstanding corrosion resistance in many environments, helping maintain appearance and performance over the long term.
Our corrugated sheet is available in natural anodised finish, with other surface finishes available such as mill finish (untreated) and powder coated options on request. Aluminium retains its brightness well and is easy to keep clean, making it a smart choice for visible installations.
Our corrugated “Anolight” sheet range is produced from aluminium grades including 5005 (architectural anodising quality), with 1050A used when other surface finishes are specified. Standard material thickness is 1.0mm, with corrugations running along the sheet length.
