A slotted perforated aluminium sheet with 25.0 x 6.0mm slots at 44% open area in a staggered pitch layout. The larger 25mm slot length and 6mm slot width make the apertures more visible than the 20 x 4mm products, while the staggered arrangement helps the pattern read as an even perforated surface rather than a set of straight rows. At 44% open area, almost half of the sheet face is open, giving this specification stronger airflow and light transmission than the finer 20 x 4mm slot.

This is a good mid-range slotted aluminium sheet for ventilation covers, acoustic panels, grille facings, machinery guards, radiator covers, ceiling features, and screening where the slot pattern needs to be visibly present without becoming too coarse. The 25 x 6mm size gives a more obvious linear aperture than 20 x 4mm, but it remains controlled enough for interior-facing and detail-led work. Available in 1.2mm and 2.0mm thicknesses, it suits projects where a higher open area is needed without moving up to the much larger 80mm slot formats.
