Description

A 4.7mm staggered-pitch aluminium perforated sheet at 40% open area — the mid-range specification within the 4.7mm hole group. At 40% open area, a tighter pitch delivers nearly double the porosity of the 21% version at the same hole diameter. The result is a balanced combination of visual openness, airflow capacity, and panel rigidity that makes this one of the most widely used round-hole configurations in the Gooding Aluminium range.

Typical applications include ventilation panels in enclosures and cabinetry, balustrade infill panels where the holes need to be clearly visible without the sheet appearing structurally lightweight, and cladding panels where a specified open area is part of the brief.
