A 12mm square-pitch aluminium perforated sheet at 23% open area. Sharing its hole diameter with the 12mm staggered 40% variant but with a completely different pitch layout and open area, this square-pitch version presents a formally ordered, grid-organised surface in which the large 12mm holes are clearly separated by wide aluminium bridges. The square layout means each hole aligns with those above and below, creating vertical columns of circular apertures rather than the diagonal arrangement of the staggered version.

At 23% open area, this sheet reads as a solid panel with structured circular openings — very different in character from the open, airy surface of the 12mm staggered 40% variant. Security screens, entrance lobbies, partition panels, architectural facades, and any application where a formal geometric pattern is required alongside a relatively low open area are all typical end uses.
