Slotted Perforated Aluminium Sheet – 80.0 x 15.0mm Holes, 23% Open Area

A slotted perforated aluminium sheet with 80.0 x 15.0mm slots at 23% open area. The 80mm slot length makes the apertures long and clearly visible, but the 23% open area means the slots are spaced to leave a relatively large amount of aluminium between openings. The result is a bold, elongated slot pattern with more visual weight and less transparency than the higher open area options in the range.

This specification is well suited to screening, decorative panels, enclosure fronts, ventilation covers, and large visual surfaces where the slotted pattern needs to be obvious without making the sheet feel too open. Compared with the 80 x 15mm product at 44% open area, this version gives a more restrained surface with reduced see-through and stronger visual coverage. It is available in 2.0mm and 3.0mm thicknesses, making it more appropriate for larger panels and higher-impact applications than the finer 1.2mm sheet options.
