A slotted perforated aluminium sheet with 80.0 x 25.0mm slots at 24% open area. The slots are both long and wide, making each aperture a dominant visual feature of the sheet. However, the 24% open area means the pattern is relatively widely spaced, leaving broad bridges of aluminium between the slots. This gives the sheet a bold slotted appearance while still retaining a substantial amount of solid material across the face.

This is a suitable option where a large slot format is wanted but a fully open grille effect is not. Applications include decorative screening, feature panels, equipment fronts, ventilation covers with reduced transparency, and areas where the slot shape needs to be read clearly from a distance. Compared with the 80 x 25mm product at 44% open area, this version has a heavier and more covered appearance, with less see-through and a stronger aluminium presence. It is available in 2.0mm and 3.0mm thicknesses.
