Slotted Perforated Aluminium Sheet – 20.0 x 4.0mm Holes, 40% Open Area

A slotted perforated aluminium sheet with 20.0 x 4.0mm slots at 40% open area in a staggered pitch layout. The 20mm dimension describes the slot length, while 4mm describes the slot width. At this scale, the individual slots are narrow enough to create a fine, controlled linear texture rather than a heavy open grille. The 40% open area means two-fifths of the sheet surface is open, giving the panel useful airflow, light passage, and acoustic transparency while still retaining a visibly solid aluminium face.

This is one of the finer specifications in the slotted perforated aluminium sheet range and is well suited to ventilation panels, acoustic panel facings, radiator covers, equipment guards, speaker grille facings, and interior screening where a neat, consistent slot pattern is required. Compared with the 25 x 6mm products, the 20 x 4mm slot produces a tighter, more refined surface with smaller openings and narrower lines of sight through the panel. Available in 1.2mm and 2.0mm material thicknesses, this is a practical choice where lower sheet weight and easier handling are important.
