Slotted Perforated Aluminium Sheet – 80.0 x 25.0mm Holes, 44% Open Area

A slotted perforated aluminium sheet with 80.0 x 25.0mm slots at 44% open area. This is one of the boldest specifications in the Gooding Aluminium slotted perforated sheet range: the slot length and width are both large, and the 44% open area means the apertures take up almost half of the sheet surface. The result is a strong, open, grille-like aluminium panel with large elongated openings and a clear directional character.

The 80 x 25mm 44% open area product is best used where high airflow, clear light passage, and a large-scale slotted pattern are required. Typical applications include ventilation grilles, screening, large equipment covers, feature panels, external-facing guards, and bold decorative aluminium sheet work. Compared with the 80 x 25mm 24% open area version, this sheet is much more open; compared with the 80 x 15mm 44% product, it gives wider slots and a more substantial visual aperture. It is available in 2.0mm and 3.0mm thicknesses.
