Aluminium Alloy Header Channel for Shuffle Glazing 

The GA1030 Aluminium Glazing Channel is the ceiling-level U-channel header intended for shuffle-glazing glass panels into partitions and screens. This robust aluminium alloy header profile is fully compatible with the GA1031 fixed flange floor and side U-channel, allowing you to create slimline, professional frame arrangements for any commercial space.

Precision-engineered for durability, the GA1030 U Channel supports 10 &12mm glass thicknesses. It is available for immediate dispatch in three high-quality architectural finishes: Natural Anodised, Black Anodised, and White Powder Coated.

Profile Type: Header U-Channel with integrated nibs to secure the glazing wedge.

Dimensions: 25mm (W) x 40mm (H).

Material: High-grade 6063 Aluminium Alloy to BS EN 755 Standards.

Length: 3050mm.

Finish Notes: For anodised finishes, minor jig marks (electrical contact points) may be visible within 25mm of each end. These are a standard part of the process and can be trimmed during final fitting. Please note that shade variations may occur between different production batches due to the reactive nature of anodising.
