The GA 1450 Safety Edge Protection Trim is engineered specifically for 10mm ceramic, marble, and stone flooring. Designed for high-traffic dry interiors, this heavy-duty aluminium stair nosing features a precision-engineered 10mm back-edge that sits flush beneath your flooring for maximum structural stability and a seamless, professional finish.

Note: Minor jig marks (up to 50mm) may be present at ends due to the anodising process; these are easily trimmed during installation. Natural shade variations are a characteristic of the anodising process.

Finishes: Natural Anodised or Black Anodised.

Superior Slip Resistance: Features a ribbed tread surface with a PTV reading of 74 (BS 7976-2 Pendulum Test), significantly exceeding the UK safety minimum of 36+.

Proven Durability: Independently tested by SATRA Technology for 1,000,000 footfall movements with zero surface damage or cracking.

Reinforced Fixing: The extended 10mm back-edge allows stone or tile to sit directly over the trim, creating an ultra-strong, rigid installation ideal for commercial use.

“Secret Fix” Finish: Supplied with pre-drilled countersunk holes and self-adhesive ribbed inserts to conceal fixings for a sleek, hardware-free look.

Modern Aesthetics: Available in Natural Anodised (LRV 69.6) or Black (LRV 4.9) to provide high-contrast visibility and complement contemporary designs.

This 6063 alloy-grade aluminium nosing is the preferred choice for high-footfall environments:
